By using CalCast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

CalCast allows you to sync events between your Google Calendar accounts. You must have a Google account to use the service.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use CalCast for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
• You must not attempt to access or interfere with other users' data.

Account and Data

• You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Intellectual Property

CalCast and its code are owned by Erik Edelmann. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.

Disclaimer

CalCast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erik Edelmann is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CalCast.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CalCast means you accept the new terms.
